Tragedy struck kumbakonam

Hey guys… long time no see ah… sorry was busy?!! With work here so here is what I have for you in my past two weeks.

Guys… this is a sad story of 100 young saplings... planted with love and watered by blood, all gone waste with the small negligence, together with a broader hypocritical and negligent society and government. As harsh as these above lines may seem to you.. I wanted to express this even harsher. Century has always been a happy word, but hey, not anymore. And all my life this sad incident is going to be like a shadow.

When I first heard about the story through my friend, I was in utter disbelief, of how could such a horrible incident can even take place, how come these young souls were allowed to be burned alive? And for what reasons? School dint have any adequate place to cook the mid day meals. And the most important thing, Teachers of the school were not capable enough to save their children and bring them to safety, and then everything went out of hand. Tragedy struck. A quite and peaceful "kumbakonam" a part of Tamil Nadu will never be the same again.

And same usual things happened, authorities, chief minister, politicians rushing to the spot partly might be of genuine reasons, but in my view, partly because of some political mileage and not to be seen as the one who was not capable of preventing the issue.

And what's happened next? Some teachers were arrested who belong to that school, including principal. So from that what we infer? Only those are the culprits, no one else? what about the official who had given authorization for that school building? How about the official who should have checked the safety regulations? and what about the government which had allowed schools with huts to operate for all the time? and what about the education system and its highly paid authorities and ministers, who does not even care to teach these basic fire safety classes? And now the government has this idea as a revelation, that all schools which do not have the required specifications will be suspended, what were they doing all these years? Dint we get independence at 1947? at least better late than never.

And what we are going to do about it? Brag about that incident a week and just forget? ya we probably will, that's how people are, we forget things so easily, its true.. Then whom do you think the reason for these corrupt politicians, officials to survive? US yes US.. We as people do nothing about it rather than just speak. SAD.

Hey people, these should be registered in your minds for ever, if we could do a small thing which could have prevented these kind of tragedy in future?, means that we have attained what we were born to do. So REGISTER this in your mind and DO NOT FORGET.

Sportive Sharapova

Quite a similar scene, browsing through the channel, stopped in the sports channel, there 2 females aggressively doing what they do best in front of the whole hypertensioned crowd...(don't get any ideas, this is sports channel remember?) one is the defending champion Serena and the other, much publicized "Sharapova"(both in sexy sportswear.. wonder that's why they are so much watched even than men’s singles). I was relieved... I thought of seeing the game but didn’t remember what was the timing... Atlast I didn’t missed the game (or at least I thought..). Sharapova was looking great, with brute force and passion, she was winning points one by one. and her counterpart Serena, in my thought, not having that killer instinct, she was awful and was having no concentration at all. At the first set point there were more deuces and advantages swinging on either side, and as I was in favor of Sharapova winning, watched the match with my heart pounding when every advantage Sharapova got to get the set and atlast it happened, Sharapova won the first set. I was getting very hungry to get my breakfast... so thought I will quickly finish my breakfast and return to see the finish and hopefully see Sharapova winning the match. I stepped out of my room and in the reception; I saw a paper lying down with Sharapova with a large silver plate??? What the heck??? alas.. I realized I actually was seeing the next day replay... hmm... missed all the thrill and final moment buzz... anyway congrads to the new buzz kid in the block. She got enormous potential, and photogenic too. She has definitely won my heart and I can see lot of others too...Good luck to her, to win lot of titles.
